Seed draft — replace with a real essay.
The private version of this notebook never held me to anything. I’d write “figure out the pricing” and then not, and no one knew. Publishing changes the incentive. If I say here that I’ll ship one essay a week, the gap between saying and doing is now visible.
That’s the whole reason this exists. Not an audience, not reach — a record I can’t quietly edit away. When I look back in a year I want to see what I actually believed and did, not a tidied-up story.
Write it down where someone can see it, and the idea has to hold up.
